Nilofar Bandhej Modal Silk Saree

Nilofar means the blue water-lily - the flower that opens on still water. Cobalt bandhani borders, hand-tied and dotted in white, frame a cream Kalamkari-style field of red and ochre blooms. The gold-checked gharchola pallu finishes it the old way.
