International Orders Policy

At Gul, we're delighted to share our designs with customers worldwide. To make your shopping experience clear and smooth, please review the following terms for international orders:

1. Shipping Charges

• International shipping rates will be confirmed at the time of order.
• In some cases, promotional offers may cover shipping costs, but unless stated otherwise, these charges are payable by the customer.

2. Customs Duties & Taxes

• Import duties, VAT, and/or other country-specific taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
• These charges are determined by the destination country's customs department and are the customer's responsibility.

3. Delivery Timelines

• We dispatch international orders promptly, but delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and local courier processes.
• Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

4. Packaging & Product Care

• All orders are packed with care to minimise transit-related issues.
• In the rare case of minor damages caused during international shipping, Gul cannot offer replacements or refunds. We will, however, be happy to guide you with local repair suggestions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• At present, we are unable to accept international returns or exchanges.
• Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order. For assistance, our team is always available to guide you prior to purchase.
