We pack every order by hand, with care. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Gul piece to you- and what happens if something isn't right.
🗺️ Shipping Within India
- ✅ Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,500
- 📦 Standard shipping: ₹100 — delivered in 3–5 business days
- ⚡ Express shipping: ₹250 — delivered in 1–2 business days (metros only)
- 🏠 Orders ship from our studio in [city] within 2 business days of payment confirmation
- 📲 A tracking link is sent via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched
✈️ International Shipping
We ship internationally to the following countries:
USA · UK · UAE · Singapore · Australia · Canada
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Typically delivered in 7–14 business days
- Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country - please check your local regulations before ordering
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for pieces that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To start a return:
- Email shopatgul0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll arrange a pickup - a ₹150 pickup fee will be deducted from your refund (within India)
- Refund is processed within 7 business days of us receiving the piece back
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale items
- Pieces showing signs of wear or washing
- Earrings or any item that comes in direct contact with skin (hygiene)
🚨 Damaged or Wrong Item?
We're sorry - this shouldn't happen, but if it does, we'll make it right immediately.
Email us at shopatgul0@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer you a replacement. Return shipping is on us.
