Gulaal Bandhej Modal Silk Saree

Gulaal - the deep magenta of festival mornings. The body is hand-tied in bandhani, thousands of tiny knots dyed a rich rani-pink, then scattered with peach lotus drifting along green vines. The pallu carries the gold-checked gharchola grid that has marked celebration sarees for generations.
