So let us do it. Tell us who it's for and what you want to spend. We'll send three pieces that fit, wrap them, and write your note by hand.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp — +91 8796711007. Tell us the person, the occasion and your budget.
- We send three options within the hour, in your budget, with honest notes on each — what it's made of, who made it, whether it will suit her.
- You pick one. We wrap it, write the note in your words, and ship it. Delivery address can be hers, not yours.
What it costs
Nothing. Gift wrap and the handwritten note are included. You pay for the piece.
What we're good at
- Mothers and mothers-in-law — Ajrakh silk stoles, hand-embroidered Suzani velvet, the pieces that get worn and remembered.
- Sisters and friends — colour, mirror work, quilted block-print pouches under ₹2,000.
- Several at once — four cousins, one budget, no two the same. Send us the list.
- Weddings, housewarmings, birthdays, thank-yous — and every festival in the calendar, whichever ones you keep.
- Last minute — tell us the date you need it by and we'll tell you honestly whether it can land in time.
Dates for this festive season
Order ready pieces by 28 October and they will reach you through the festival weeks. Custom pieces — another colour, a longer length — take 25 to 30 days, so tell us your date and we'll say yes or no straight away.
Every Gul piece is made by hand by artisan families in Kutch, Bhuj and Rajasthan. Most are one of one, which is the quiet part of a good gift: nobody else will arrive wearing it.
